One response form can be used in several places (career pages, Facebook, job portal XY) and each time it can have a different source identifier so that specific candidates come to Recruitis already marked with the appropriate source.

On the contrary, the response form itself creates the candidate's response to a specific position, of which there may be several.
You don't have to tag candidates one at a time, but you can add or remove tags from an entire group of candidates.
