Recovering a deleted user account

If you are adding a user with an email that has already been used historically, the system will write the information "The given email is already registered." This is because the deleted accounts are still in the system for information traceability, e.g. so you know who the note is from, etc.)

If you need to add the user with the given email again, proceed as follows:

  • Find his name in the list of deleted users (link) and restore him with the right arrow
  • On the restored account, enter "Password reset" so that the user can set a new password (he will receive an email with a link to the password reset page)
