Enforce response form language

If you use links to response forms, e.g. on job portals or career sites, it may happen that due to a combination of browser language settings and other similar settings, the form is displayed partly in one language and partly in another. If you want to guarantee that the form is always displayed in a specific language, you can add a language parameter to the end of the URL. E.g. if you want the form link below to force it to be displayed in English, add "/en" after it
