Email is a suitable tool, especially because you can use screenshots, links, etc. to describe the problem, which will greatly speed up the problem resolution.
Email is also suitable in situations where you are getting to know ATS Recruitis and have a lot of questions about how it works, "what if" scenarios, etc. In this case, we recommend collecting several such questions and sending them to us once a day or every few days.
We typically respond no later than the second business day.
