Data import into ATS Recruitis

For the data import, it is important that the data about the candidates is imported. Information about positions from previous systems is imported as candidate meta-information, i.e. as a label, for example.

For import, you can send data in formats: CSV, XLSX

Data cannot be imported directly in the application, uploading is handled via ATS Recruitis support. Delivery usually takes place within 2 working days.

For import, the number of fields or their order is not important. Crucially, the field can be loaded into one of the following data types within ATS Recruitis:

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Phone
  • LinkedIn
  • Skype
  • Facebook
  • Candidate source
  • Label
  • Note
  • Sex
  • GDPR consent (expiration date)
  • Path to attachment (CV)
  • Path to profiler

Required data are:

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • GDPR consent (expiration date)


If it is necessary to carry out an import that does not correspond to the standard format described above, it is possible to carry out it in the form of custom development, which is governed by the contract prices.
